Join us for the Los Angeles Team Mentoring's "BACK TO MIDDLE SCHOOL" CHARITY DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT
Dodge, duck, dip and dive for a great cause at Los Angeles Team Mentoring’s inaugural charity Dodgeball fundraiser!
Twelve teams of 8-12 players will raise $2000 (or more!) to compete in a round-robin charity dodgeball tournament supported by the World Dodgeball Society. Players have the option of registering individually as Free Agents, and must raise $250 towards their team's collective fundraising goal. Prizes will be awarded to teams for best team spirit/costumes, most money raised, and the overall tournament winner.
The tournament promises to be a great time for participants and spectators alike, and all funds raised will benefit over 1,600 at-risk middle-school youth in L.A. by providing them with field trip opportunities, after-school activities, and critical mentoring services. Teams that raise over $2,000 get to play with Extra Lives, Making Opponents Sit Out, Moving the Center Line, Freezing the Opposite Team.
All fundraisers and tournament participants who raise at least $250 by next Friday, March 9th will automatically be entered to win two round-trip travel vouchers valid anywhere that JetBlue flies domestically. Three sets of tickets are available, so you have a great chance to win by getting a jumpstart on your fundraising today! Winners will be notified on Monday, March 12, and travel must be booked and completed by May 24, 2012 (restrictions & black-out dates apply).
